Donating blood
I’m going to seek out a red cross blood drive through this week. Alot of the blood for Red Cross is being sent to Haiti. This is one positive way you can change and help someones life. The good thing about it is you deffinately know what is being done with your donation. Another way I like to look at it is a part of you is being sent somewhere in the world. for those wondering;
1) Take good care of myself and my health
i can be one of those people thats more of an enemy to myself rather then a friend… but thats not so uncommon am i right?

Just a quick thought
From observation as of today I believe people just exist in their own worlds.
Texting, sitting at their lappys in the cafe (guilty), unable to interact with the world around them.
There are two worlds; the world of the net and the real world. Younger generations I think are losing touch with the world surrounding them. Able to “experience” the natural world with in their computer or...
